Nova House Foundation helps people
to regain autonomy over their daily lives
Post intake an interview with the new client will take place in which an individual plan with goals, reference points and a timescale will be agreed.
The paramount rule for all clients is abstinence from all addictive substances. Other house rules are discussed weekly at the house meetings. These ensure a pleasant and safe atmosphere within the house for both clients and staff.
Meals are communal and coaching with budgeting and cooking is available.
The program covers a general part with the addition of personal building blocks based on individual needs. For example: issues around spiritual and emotional growth, personal and societal relationships, practical and recreational daily living skills, education, re-training and work. Clients are supported by our team of professionals with backgrounds in social care and counselling.
